Yoga promotes physical strength because kids learn to use all of their muscles in new ways. Simple postures and concentration techniques are taught in this class that help develop strength, agility, and coordination. It also helps children to focus and concentrate in school and get better grades.
We offer regular yoga classes from Monday to Saturday and classes schedules are given below. All the classes are taught under the watchful guidance of Yog Guru Acharya Ashok and his team of well-experienced and qualified yoga masters. Yoga_Classes (5 Days a week)
Regular Yoga classes are conducted daily, in the morning and in the evening. These classes are held under the direct supervision of Yog Guru Acharya Ashok and his team of yoga experts. Students are given individual attention and tailor-made yoga sequences, which are taught based on their respective goals and needs. With regular practice, you can enjoy Increased flexibility and strength can help prevent the causes of some types of aches and pains. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, Asanas, Pranayamas Mudras, Bandhas, Kriyas, and relaxation techniques are taught in this class. Separate/Private classes are held for ladies and gentlemen.
