Amazing Teacher Ashok ji Is! During Covid he has successfully managed to teach my partner and me who live in New Jersey through Zoom. His knowledge on this subject is enormus and super helpful in starting our day in an amazing way while taking care of our individual issues which his goal is to eradicate one day. Amazing results from the training that Ashok ji gives. I was Suffering from a deep pain on my right shoulder for more than a year. Neither The Orthopedic doctor nor the physiotherapist could cure it. Ashok ji gave me some basic exercises and Asans to do on a regular basis. They are the sandhi chalan kriya and cervical yoga(availabe on their youtube channel). The pain has vanished in about 1month of regular practice of the Asanas. Highly recommended for people of all ages.

Yeh bahut acha center hai yahan par Vaidik madhyan se ashtanga yog karaya jata hai yahan par mein ved tatha yog se sambandhit bahut si jankariyan ko aasani se prapt kar pa raha hun.
